I placed an order and after several weeks it hadn't arrived. Someone reached out as soon as I left a review about the shipping issue and a replacement was sent the very next day. I'm super excited to say the replacement arrived today (first one never did show up), and boy was it worth the wait! I never thought of myself as an accessories gal for my water bottle, but I just saw the beautiful ones on this site and knew I had to treat myself. I'm so excited to show it off!
