Refund policy
Personalized items, items on sale, mystery items, and orders that contain free gifts with purchase, cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sales are final. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order including a photo or video so that we can make corrections. We are more than happy to replace defective items if the customer sends the item back to us within 7 days of the customer receiving their items.
If an issue is made on our behalf we will correct it at our expense within 1-3 business days.
Please read size charts and item descriptions before purchasing. Returns are not accepted for purchasing incorrect sizes.
*Note: We do not currently have a returns system in place to effectively process items for exchanging. This is something we may add in the future but at this time it is not offered.
If for any reason an order is sent back to us by approval, the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to and from. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
Packages that have been received by the post office and become declared as lost in transit: A claim must be filed to usps on the customers behalf.
